COURT RESUMES
The FCT High Court today the 11th day of September, 2023 resumes Court Sitting marking the end of the Annual Court Vacation.
2022 ANNUAL COURT VACATION
In accordance with Ordered 52 Rule 4 of the Rules of this Court, the Hon. Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf has declared that the Court will proceed on Annual Vacation beginning from Monday 18th of July to the 9th of September, 2022. The Court will resume for the New legal Year on 12th September 2022.
The Chief Judge, Hon. Justice H. B. Yusuf has also appointed the following Judges as Vacation Judges within the period.

- Hon. Justice J. O. E. Adeyemi-Ajayi
- Hon. Justice E. Enenche
POSTING OF THE HONOURABLE JUDGES OF THE HIGH COURT
The Hon. Chief Judge, Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf has approved the posting of High court Judges after the end of their attachment. The Posting is with immediate effect.
CJN SWEARS IN HON. JUSTICE MABEL TAIYE SEGUN-BELLO AS JUDGE OF THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT
Hon. Justice Mabel Taiye Segun-Bello was sworn in as a Judge of the Federal High Court of Justice on Wednesday 20th April 2022.
