The Enforcement Department is responsible for the central enforcement process of all judgments and Orders from the Magistrates and the High Court of the FCT, Abuja. The Department is headed by Suleiman I. Atta, Esq.
It also enforces Foreign Judgments/Orders registered for enforcement within the FCT.
Formerly a Unit under the Litigation Department. The increase in Judgments emanating from both the Customary Court and the FCT demanding enforcement, necessitated the upgrade of the Unit to a full fledge Department in June, 2022.
The Enforcement Department is equally responsible for the auctioning of attached properties due for sale, under the supervision and approval of the Chief Registrar who also doubles as the Deputy Sheriff of the Court.
The Enforcement Department presently has the following Units:

- Magistrate Court Enforcement Units
- Mobile Court Enforcement Unit
- Accounts Unit
- Administration Unit
