By order 52 Rule 4 of the Rules of This Court, The Honorable Chief Judge Here By Declares the Annual Court Vacation beginning from Monday 22nd July, 2024 to Friday 13th July, 2024. The Court will resume for the New Legal Year on Monday 16th September, 2024.

During the Vacation period My Lord, The Honorable Chief Judge has appointed the following Honorable Judges to Serve as Vacation Judges within the period.

1. Hon. Justice S.C. Oriji
2. Hon. Justice M. E. Anenih
3. Hon. Justice M. M. Adamu
4. Hon. Justice C. O. Agashieze
5. Hon. Justice N. K. Nwosu-Iheme

As part of continuous repositioning and improving Justice delivery, three Judges of the FCT Judiciary have been elevated to the Court of Appeal.

However, the number of the Judges at the FCT Judiciary has been increased with the appointment and swearing in of 12 Judges by the Hon. the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Olukayode Ariwoola on this day 10th July, 2024

The following Judges were elevated;

2. Hon. Justice A. Akanbi Yusuf
3. Hon. Justice E. Enenche

While the following were appointed to the FCT Judiciary;
