ANNUAL COURT VACATION
Pursuant to Order 52 Rule 4 of the Rules of this Court, the Hon. Chief Judge Hon. Justice S. Garba has declared that the Court will proceed on Annual Vacation beginning from Friday 23rd July, 2021 to Friday, 3rd of September, 2021.

Following the retirement of His Lordship, the Chief Judge, Hon. Justice I. U. Bello, the elevation of six (6) Hon. Judges to the Court of Appeal and the appointment of the Hon Chief Judge, His Lordship, Hon. Justice S. Garba. The re-numbering of Courts has been approved by the Hon. Chief Judge as follows:
