In accordance with Ordered 52 Rule 4 of the Rules of this Court, the Hon. Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf has declared that the Court will proceed on Annual Vacation beginning from Monday, 17th of July to Friday, 8th of September, 2023. The Court will resume for the New legal Year on Monday, 11th September 2023.
The Chief Judge, Hon. Justice H. B. Yusuf has also appointed the following Judges as Vacation Judges within the period.
- Hon, Justice E. Okpe (Court 26 Nyanya)
- Hon. Justice H. Mu’azu (Court 27 Maitama)
- Hon. Justice O.I. Adelaja (Court 42 Kubwa)
My Lord, Hon. Justice E. Okpe would be responsible for assignment of cases during the vacation.
