Hon. Justice C.O. Agbaza hails from Isoko North Local Gov’t Area of Delta State. He was called to Bar in 1986 and completed his National Youth Service the following year. He was in active law practice from 1987 to 1996. He was in the Delta State Judiciary until his appointment as a Judge in the FCT High Court, Abuja. He is married and his hobbies include sports.
