Hon. Justice V. S. Gaba was called to Bar in 1993 and completed his National Youth Service the following year. He worked at the Plateau State Judiciary High Court of Justice, Jos between 2003 – 2018. He was an associate partner at Samuel & Samuel & Co. between 1999 – 2003. He was appointed as a Judge in the FCT High Court, Abuja in 2018. He is married with children and his hobbies include Reading and Sport.
The FCT High Court as one of the Judicial body of the Federal Capital Territory Judiciary, is established by Section 255 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999. It is under the leadership of the Honourable Chief Judge who is also the Chairman of the Federal Capital Territory Judicial Service Committee.
