The FCT High Court today the 15th day of September, 2025 resumes Court Sitting marking the end of the Annual Court Vacation. 

You will recall that the Court has been on Vacation since Monday the 21st day of July, 2025 to Friday the 12th day of September, 2025 during which the regular Court sittings were halted. Meanwhile, all the cases entertained by the vacation courts will be returned or assigned back to the regular Courts. Litigants and their Counsel are enjoined to check up with the appropriate quarters for the reassignment of their cases.
