Pursuant to the provision 136 of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended), the Hon Chief Judge, Hon Justice I. U. Bello hereby the following as members of the Federal Capital Territory Area Council Election Appeal Tribunal, to hear and determine appeals arising from decisions of the Area Council Election Tribunal.

The Chief Judge of FCT Hon. Justice I.U. Bello has constituted the following panel of Judges for the 2019 Magistrate Appeal Sessions. This is in line with the FCT High Court constitutionally vested power to sit over Appeals from the Magistrates Court.
