At its 85th meeting held on 14th and 15th march, 2018, the National Judicial Council considered and deliberated on a petition wherein a Vacation Judge was alleged to have delved into a matter pending before another Judge. Consequently, Council decided that all Heads of Court, should be advised to caution Judicial Officers in their Jurisdiction to restrict themselves to fresh issues assigned to them during vacation and not delve into cases pending before another Judge, please.
