JOB DESCRIPTION OF PROTOCOL HOSPITAL AND WELFARE UNIT

The Protocol Hospitality and Welfare Unit is a branch of the Protocol Unit in FCT High Court of Justice, Maitama – Abuja, the Protocol Unit is made up of three branches or Units as follows:

  1. Protocol Diplomatic
  2. Protocol Information
  3. Protocol Hospitality & Welfare

However, the above mention units have different function and job description with three head of unit attach to various unit.

The job description of Protocol Hospitality and Welfare is as follows:

  1. Arrangement of all meeting venue and ensuring venue are clear and well arranged for meeting.
  2. Liaising with the Chief Registrar for approval of entertainment of each meeting and applying for funding of the refreshment.
  3. Booking in advance and shopping for entertainment of meeting.
  4. Entertainment or serving refreshment at all meeting.
  5. Calculating of welfare items and giving the current statistics before buying or shopping for the welfare items.
  6. Receiving of welfare items from the contractor or supplier and ensuring correct supply is being made.
  7. Ensuring that every distribution center have correct numbers of
  8. Assigning of staffs to different distributions
  9. Distribution of welfare items.
  10. Attend to all complaint after distribution of welfare items.
  11. Any other duty that may be assign.
