This unit is headed by a Registrar with an Assistant Registrar.
(1) The unit receives cases.
(2) It communicates with the parties in respect of cases coming into or
going out of the Centre.
(3) Monitors the progress of each Case and updates same on the
computer.
(4) Deals with issues concerning staff welfare and coordinate staff
activities.
(5) Relates management decisions to staff.
(6) Undertakes return of cases.
